 Misc. Application No.565 of 2017 (amendment)

                    The consumer complaint has been filed for the direction to the OP to pay interest on the delayed amounts etc. After filing of the complaint an application for amendment has been filed, whereby number of paragraphs in the complaint are sought to be amended. It will virtually be re-writing a new complaint.

          Accordingly, we dismiss this application.

Main Case

          Since we have dismissed the application for amendment and the complainant intends to make major amendments in the complaint, the present complaint is dismissed with liberty to file a complete and comprehensive complaint, as the complainant may deem  fit on the same cause of action.

          Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.

          The complainant will be at liberty to incorporate any other facts which may be necessary in the relief claimed in the said complaint.
