     First Appeal against order dated 30.01.2017 of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali).

Order

          In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the appellant, which has been separately recorded, that there was no pecuniary jurisdiction vesting in the District Forum as the value of the Flat is Rs.59,75,800/-. Since the District Forum was not having the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the complaint, therefore, no such order could be passed by the District Forum. Accordingly, the order passed by the District Forum is hereby set aside and complaint filed by the complainant before the District Forum is hereby dismissed with liberty to complainant to file fresh complaint before the Appropriate Forum/Court with better particulars on the same cause of action.
