Present:       Sh.Ajay Chawla, proxy counsel for applicant.

                   Sh.Rajinder Kumar Section Officer of GLADA/respondent.

 

                   Ms.Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today. Sh.Rajinder Kumar Section Officer of GLADA/respondent has filed an affidavit, vide which, he has deposed that GLADA has filed Revision Petition no.1226 of 2015 titled as GLADA vs/ Surinder Kumar before the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi against the order dated 12.8.14 passed by the learned State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. The Hon’ble National Commission, vide order dated 13.5.15 has granted stay till further orders. Un-certified copy of the order of Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi already supplied. In view of the above, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die, till further orders of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. However, applicant is at liberty to get it revived, after the orders of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. File be consigned to record room.
