Complainant is represented by the Ld. Advocate. Ld. Advocate of complainant files an application praying for withdrawal of this case on the grounds stated in the application that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. In support of that application Ld. Advocate of complainant  has also filed on affidavit along with postal receipt. Heard Ld. Advocate of complainant. Perused the record including the application which is filed today on the side of the complainant.

Considering all we are of the view that there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore since when the complainant  himself is praying for withdrawal of this case.

Hence,

ORDERED

That the complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant case as prayed for.
