We have heard the petitioner on admission. Both the fora below on appreciation of evidence have returned concurrent finding that the amount of Rs.12,000/- was not deposited towards security as alleged by the petitioner. In view of this finding, we are not inclined to interfere with the orders -2- passed by fora below in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Revision petition is therefore dismissed.
