     Vide e-mail dated 21.06.2024 received from Sh.Ranjinder Singh Sidhu, Counsel for Complainant/DH, he wants to withdraw the present execution application at this stage with liberty to file fresh, if need be, as complainant/DH has already filed miscellaneous application before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh for release of the amount deposited with the State Commission and prayed that the present execution application be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the request made by counsel for complainant/DH through e-mail, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, if need be.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
