ORDER

Heard.

                   By filing this revision petition, the revision petitioner has given challenge to order dated 26.12.2017 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh, vide which, the application moved by the complainant to amend the complaint was allowed by the Forum. The complaint is at the initial stage. The parties have only completed pleadings.

                   In view of above, we are of the opinion that no harm is going to be caused in case amendment is allowed. No case is made out for interference.

                   Accordingly, the revision petition stands dismissed.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.

                   Certified copy of the order be also sent to the concerned Forum.

                   Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.

                   File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
