Anand Parkash etc. Versus Grand Heritage Vacations etc.

CC No. 244 of 2016.

 

Present: Complainants in person with counsel Sh. Rameshwar Parshad Adv.

              Sh. Devi Dayal Garg, Marketing Manager on behalf of OPs.

 

                        Sh. Devi Dayal Garg, Marketing Manager appeared on behalf of OPs and made a statement that they are ready to pay lump sum amount of Rs.35,000/- to the complainant subject to withdrawl of complaint by the complainant being fully satisfied. He further stated that he has handed over a cheque bearing No. 135562 dated 30.08.2016 amounting to Rs. 29,400/- and Rs. 5600/- in cash to the complainant and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        On the other hand, complainants made joint statement that they have heard and understood the statement of OPs and compromise has been effected with the OPs and according to compromise they have received a cheque bearing No. 135562 dated 30.08.2016 amounting to Rs. 29,400/- and Rs. 5600/- in cash being full and final payment. As such, they withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
