Present:- Sh.Ramanjit Singh Sethi, Complainant along with Sh.Vikas Kumar Gupta, Advocate.

File has been taken up today on the application filed by Counsel for the Complainant for withdrawing the present complaint. Statement of Sh.Ramanjit Singh Sethi, Complainant along with Sh.Vikas Kumar Gupta, Advocate recorded that the matter has been conpromised between the parties and all the grievances against each other are settled and in view of the compromise, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the Complainant along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
