Respondent has been duly served by Regd. AD post, but there is no appearance on behalf of respondent. Hence, respondent is proceeded ex parte. Heard. Vide impugned order, the appeal of the petitioner pending before the State Commission was dismissed in default. Notice of the present revision petition has been issued to the respondent. However, nobody has appeared in spite of service of the respondent. For the reasons mentioned in the revision petition, the impugned order is set aside. The appeal of the petitioner stands restored. State Commission is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with provisions of law. Accordingly, the revision petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
