ORAL ORDER

          Complainant in person is present.  Perusal of the record reveals that notice issued to the Opposite Party is returned unserved with postal endorsement, ‘Left Address’.  This Forum, vide its earlier order dated 22/09/2016, had categorically directed the Complainant to take appropriate steps for service of notice to the Opposite Party by furnishing correct present postal address of the Opposite Party.  However, till today Complainant has not furnished correct present postal address of the Opposite Party.  Thus, Complainant has failed to comply with earlier orders passed by this Forum and thus, it does appear to this Forum that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such peculiar circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for non-compliance by the Complainant of the earlier order passed by this Forum.  Parties shall bear their own costs.  However, in larger interest of justice, subject to period of limitation, Complainant is at a liberty to again approach this Forum by filing a fresh consumer complaint upon furnishing correct present postal address of the Opposite Party.
