            Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity but none appeared on behalf of complainant despite so many calls since morning. It is already 3.30 P.M. The case pertains to the year 2012. it seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, we have no option except to dismiss in default the same. Accordingly, the present complaint stands dismissed in default. A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
