Present:-       Complainant in person with Sh.Pawan Kumar Saini Advocate.                        Sh.Vinay Bansal Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

 ORDER:

 

                    The complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that due to technical defect, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he be permitted to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action.  His statement has been recorded.

 

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
