CC No.382 of 2016.

Jaspreet Kaur vs. Goyal Electronics.

 

Present: Sh.Yashpal Singh, Adv. for the complainant.

            Sh.Dhiraj Sachdeva Adv. for OP No.2.

            OP No.1 ex parte.

           

             The ld. Counsel for the complainant filed power of attorney.  On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the OP No.2 made a statement that the company is ready to pay Rs.10000/- against the total claim of the complainant within 30 days subject to deposit of old unit by the complainant.

              On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he is agreed with the statement of the ld. counsel for the OP No.2 and that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and prayed for dismissal of the same as withdrawn.

        In view of the statements made by the ld. Counsels for both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. However, the OP No.2 is directed to pay Rs.10000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of preparation of this order and the complainant is also directed to deposit the old unit i.e. LED bearing No.UA32FH4003 with the service center of the OP at Yamuna Nagar within 15 day.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements failing which the penal action under section 25 & 27 of the C.P.Act shall be initiated against them.  Copies of this order supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
