ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.P. shall drill the bore in the land of Sy.no.78/1 of complainant within one month  from the date of order from 130 ft to 170ft. along with radius of 6 inchs, if failed the complainant should drill the bore and O.P. should pay the entire amount of drilling of bore . The O.Ps. shall also pay Rs.1,000-00 being the compensation and Rs.500-00 towards of cost of the proceedings.
