BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Both parties and their counsels appeared before the Lok-Adhalath and we suggest both the parties to settle the matter.  Accordingly, the matter is settled and joint memo filed by both the parties duly signed by both the parties and their counsels. The matter is settled by agreeing to pay Rs.4,03,054-00 towards full and final settlement out of that Rs.2,84,042-00 was deposited before this Commission also and now tendered DD for Rs.1,19,054-00  to the respondent/complainant (Smt.Gowramma.B.M.). 

In view of memo filed by both the parties and settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal is dismissed.

The office is directed to issue cheque in favour of respondent/ Smt.Gowramma.B.M. for an amount deposited before this Commission in the above appeal dated 4-12-2012 with accrued interest if any after obtaining proper identification.
