          Shri Sanjay Singh, Advocate present on behalf of Mr. N.K. Jain, Advocate and has filed Memo of appearance and states that Vakalatnama shall be filed within two weeks.

          Notices were sent to the petitioner and his Advocate for final hearing of the matter for today and the notices have been returned duly served on the petitioner as also on his Advocate, the    registered ADs of  which, are kept in Part II file.  In spite of the above, neither the petitioner nor his Advocate was present when the matter was called at 12.10 PM.   In view of this, the revision is hereby dismissed in default and for non-prosecution with no order as to cost.
