     None for the appellant as well as respondent is present.

     As the parties are absent since long, notice was issued to them.  But no report is received till today.  However, on perusal of the office copy of notice, it reflects that the notice was issued on the address of the appellant as well as respondent as shown in the appeal memo. Therefore, it will have to be presumed that the appellant as well as respondent are served with the notice.  But nobody is turned up.

     Therefore, appeal deserves to be dismissed for default.

     Accordingly, it is dismissed for default.

     No order as to cost.

     Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
