Dated:-18.11.2024

An application has been filed under section 35 of the C.P Act 2019 on behalf of

the complainant against the Opposite Parties for deficiency in service on part of

the Opposite Parties as stated in the petition.

During continuance of the case, the Complainant did not comply with the Order

of this Commission and as such this Commission has made an order for dismissal

of this case for default on the part of the Complainant.

A detailed Order has been passed today, being Order No. 12 dated 18.11.2024

which may be taken into as part of this FINAL ORDER.

Hence,

 

the case of the Complainant, being Consumer Complaint No. 06/2024 is

dismissed for default.
