Sh.M.P. Nayyar, Advocate counsel for OP No.4 suffered statement to the effect that as per instructions received from company, the company is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- in lumpsum in full and final settlement of claim of complainant.  Payment will be made within two  months from today as per this recorded statement.

                   Sh.Vijay Sharma – complainant suffered statement that he has heard the above said recorded statement and accept the offer.  He withdaraws the complaint as per term of statement of learned counsel for OP No.4.

                   In view of the compromise arrived at between with the parties,  the complaint is disposed of in terms that Rs. Rs.10,000/- will be paid by OP No.4 to complainant within two months from today and on such payment, the claim of complainant stands fully satisfied.  The parties are bound by their respective recorded statements.
