   Complainant is present in person. I have perused the petition of complaint wherein I found that complainant filed this case as the rationing authority who supplying digital ration card after a long period of her application as a result complainant deprive of receiving ration articles as per digital ration card.

Complainant also makes a RTI application for the purpose of knowing the reason for delay in supply of digital ration card. It is further case of the complainant that due to not supply the digital ration card complainant fails to collect five months quota of ration and due to latches on the part of the o.p. complainant suffered.

I have carefully considered the petition of complaint as well as annexure available with the complaint case in my view there is no deficiency of service on the part of the o.ps.  Moreover, I do not find any prima facie case and cause of action against the o.p.

Therefore, this complaint petition liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                              that this complaint petition be and the same is dismissed without any cost.
