ORDER

 

1.         A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.

2.         Counsel for OP No.2 has offered two cheques, first cheque bearing No.665384 dated 03.12.2012 for Rs.96,000/- and second cheque bearing No.665385 dated 03.12.2012 for Rs.1100/-, both drawn on State Bank of Patiala in favour of Sh.Gurbax Singh Bains, towards full and final settlement of the dispute. The complainant has accepted the offer and received the said two cheques and stated that the complaint be disposed of as fully satisfied. Statement of both the parties has been recorded separately. Photocopy of cheques in question in token of receipt retained on record. 

3.         In view of this, the complaint stands disposed of as fully satisfied.

4.         Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
