     Reply and evidence on behalf of OP No.1 have been filed. Copy supplied.

     At this stage, vide her separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
