The matter is put up in Lok Adalat.

             Learned counsel for both the parties are present.

             They submit that the matter has already settled and the appeal should be disposed of.

              In view of the settlement of both the parties, the matter is disposed of in Lok Adalat and the joint memo filed by them is made part and parcel of this order.

              Free copy of this  order may be down loaded from website  of this Commission on CONFONET  as available to the parties be placed  before the learned District Commission to take further instruction.
