The complainant Jamana Prasad has filed two banker’s cheques bearing Nos.478386 & 478387, both dated 27.4.2010, drawn on State Bank of India and issued in favour of President, District Forum, Chandigarh for Rs.10,000/- each towards the cost imposed by this Forum vide order dated 6.4.2010.  The office is directed to deposit the aforesaid banker’s cheques in the account of the Forum promptly and after crediting the amount in the account, one cheque of Rs.10,000/- each be issued in favour of OP No.1 (Principal, Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector 32, Chandigarh) & OP No.2 (Registrar, Panjab University, Administrative Block, Sector 14, Chandigarh)  respectively for Rs.10,000/- in both cases and the same be sent to them through regd. Post or handed over to their representative/counsel against proper receipt. The application stands disposed of accordingly. 

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
