Dated the 2nd day of August, 2012 ORDER Sh.Rohit Dheer-Counsel for OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately:- “The OP No.1 offers to pay a sum of Rs.24,000/- to the complainants in full and final settlement of the dispute. This amount shall be paid within 30 days from today” Sh.Mandeep Kumar Dhot, Counsel for Complainants alongwith Sh.Raj Jacob-Complainant No.1 in person has accepted the offer and made the following statement, recorded separately:- “I accept the offer given by OP No.1. The complaint be disposed of accordingly” In view of the statements made by the parties, it is ordered that OP No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.24,000/- to the complainants in full and final settlement of the dispute within 45 days from today, failing which the OP No.1 shall be liable to pay the amount alongwith interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of offer till the date of payment. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
