Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. The complaint of the respondent claiming compensation for defective and inferior quality of seeds supplied by the petitioner, has been partly allowed by the District Forum vide its order dated 05.8.2005. The appeal filed by the OP / Petitioner before the State Commission against this order has been dismissed and the order of the District Forum has been upheld by the State Commission. Perusal of the orders of fora below which are based on concurrent finding of facts, indicate that there is no illegality, irregularity or jurisdictional error in the concurrent findings of Fora below. Therefore, we do not find any justification or reasons to interfere with the impugned order. The revision petition being devoid of merit, is therefore, liable for dismissal and the same is dismissed accordingly with no order as to costs.
