                                                ORDER

JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU:  PRESIDENT

The petitioner is the opposite party in A.259/2010 in the file of CDRF, Thrissur in OP.278/06.  In the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone delay by the Managing Director of the opposite party it is stated that he was in North India for a very long time for his personal and business concerns and he could not engage and entrust anybody to file appeal.

We find that the reason mentioned is too vague and hardly sufficient to condone the inordinate delay of 230 days.  Hence the petition is dismissed.  Hence the appeal is also dismissed.
