Complainant is absent without any steps.

On repeated calls none appears on behalf of the complainant.

It is to be noted that on last date i.e. 21.07.2023 complainant filed one application for withdrawal petition but upon hearing of such application this Commission has rejected such prayer for withdrawal directing the complainant to file fresh withdrawal application, if any by this day.

Considering the entire scenario and attending facts and circumstances of the case this Commission feels that there is no need to proceed further with the case and thus the instant case being no.CC/538/2022 is disposed of without any merit.
