At the hearing of this revisional application the O.P. – Decree Holder submits that pursuant to the direction given by the State Commission, execution and registration of the flat in question has been done in the meantime by the JDR – Revisional Petitioner.  Therefore, so far as the execution and registration of the deed in question pursuant to the order of disposal of the complaint case by the Forum below has been completed.  It is now necessary to determine the amount of compensation that may be payable by the JDR to the Complainant upon disposal of complaint case.  We, therefore, send the case back on remand to the Executing Forum for determination of the same on merits upon hearing of the respective parties.  The revisional application is thus disposed of.
