This is a complaint filed via e-mail.  Complaint averments are briefly discussed hereunder :

Complainant had purchased a mobile phone on 28.11.2020, for Rs.31,999/- from 2^nd opposite party, namely, Flipkart India shopping platform.  1^st opposite party is Google Pixel, manufacturer of the mobile phone.  After receiving the phone, complainant noticed that its camera was not functioning well.  On 22.12.2020, she had preferred a complaint with 1^st opposite party.  Though they had informed her that service personnel will repair the mobile phone after coming to her residence, no such service was provided.    Even after  repeated reminders, there was no response from opposite parties.  Complainant also preferred a complaint by dialling National Consumer Help line of opposite parties.  Since the mobile phone sold by opposite parties was defective, complainant had to purchase a new phone.  On 5.2.2021, defective phone was taken back by courier for effecting repairs.  Till date nothing has been done.  Hence the complaint.

          Though complaint was admitted, due to insufficient address of opposite parties, notice could not be sent.  Despite repeated directions issued by this Commission, for furnishing complete and correct address of opposite parties, complainant has not

appeared before this Commission or had intimated the correct address of opposite parties.  Hence this Commission is unable to proceed further with the complaint.  Same is dismissed, considering the circumstances, without cost.
