                 Keeping in view the even dated separate statement, suffered by the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawan, with no order as to costs. However, after removing the technical defects, if any, complainant shall be at liberty, to file fresh complaint against the opponent concerned. File be consigned to the records.
