We find from records, order was reserved on 06/06/2019 unfortunately no order was passed by the previous Bench thereafter complainant has stopped appearing in this case. On 04/08/2022 notice was also sent despite notice no appearance has been entered into by the Complainant. Again on 05/01/2023 notice was issued on 05/07/2023 to the Complainant still he has not appeared.   Written Arguments also not filed by the complainant till date even the Policy documents is not on record. It seems that complainant is not interested to contest his own matter.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution, non-complainance, non-joinder  in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
