O R D E R DATED 27.07.2023   :

This  relates to a petition for condonation of delay under the provision of Section.5 of the Limitation Act,1963,in preferring the Consumer Complaint No.95 of 2023.

The complaint petition, however, has been filed after inordinate delay of 3 years 2 months and 15 days as per the legal Notice issued on 10.02.2020 to  the O.Ps. Hence, the limitation petition filed by the complainant on 27.07.2023.

Heard.

Went through the limitation petition. There is delay of about 3 years 2 months and 15 days in preferring to file the Consumer complaint. There is no sufficient causes even to issue notice to the O.Ps on the point of limitation. Day-by-day  delay  has not explained by the complainant. Moreover, the complainant does not produce any documents regarding delay.

Hence, the limitation petition is rejected. The complaint petition is hopelessly barred by limitation and same is liable to be dismissed on this ground. Consequently, the present Consumer Complaint No.95 of 2023 stands dismissed with no order as to costs.
