 On 22-09-2016 counsel for OPs presented a cheque of Rs. 10,000/- as
full and final settlement of the complaint. This cheque was taken by
the complainant against full and final settlement of this case and he
agreed to withdraw the complaint.  As complainant  has received the
cheque under due receipt and an opportunity was given to him to file
objections, if any.  Since complainant has not filed any objections
today hence it appears that this complaint is  mutually settled  and
disposed off accordingly.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties as per law and a
copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
