Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint. The ld. Counsel for the complainant is present. At the very outset it is noticed by us that three names of the Ops has been mentioned in the cause title of this complaint who do not reside within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum. The complainant has submitted that there is no branch office of the Ops within this jurisdiction from where the Ops used to carry on business or personally works for gain. For this reason the complainants have submitted one petition for withdrawal of this complaint due to such defect as per Section 11 of the CP Act 1986 with a liberty to file afresh. As it is a consumer complaint we are of the view that in pursuance of the said application filed by the complainants they are at liberty to withdraw this

complaint and further liberty be given to the complainants to file afresh, if not barred otherwise. Be it mentioned that the complainants shall file the complaint, if any, within 30 days from the date of passing of this order. Therefore the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn without being admitted.
