Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.

A perusal of the order sheet has shown that a court notice was also dispatched to the appellant intimating the date fixed, which was duly served as per the track report (paper No. 59). Despite of service of court notice dated 08.08.2022, the appellant has not appeared inspite of giving several opportunities.

Hence, in such circumstances, the appeal is hereby dismissed on the basis of absence of the appellant. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
