     Case taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

     In view of the e-mail dated 13.08.2022 received from Sh.Bhartendu Sood-Complainant No.1 in person, Authorized Representative of Complainant No.2, he has received the full amount against his claim under the execution application and now he has no claim against the JD. In view of the said e-mail, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
