Present:       Shri Pawan Kumar Arora, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Respondent no.1 already exparte.

                   Shri Vivek Kaushik, Advocate owner of opposite party no.2.

                   Shri Ketan Chawla, A.R. for opposite party no.3.

                   Shri Vivek Kaushik, owner of opposite party no.2 appeared and made a statement to the effect that settlement has been effected with the complainant. In view of the settlement, he is ready to give a DD bearing no.476311 dated 28.11.2019, amounting of Rs.28,000/-. He further submitted that he has received old A.C. and remote from the complainant.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has received alleged DD from the opposite party no.2, so, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.  

                   Keeping in view the statements above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
