          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           The complainant have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 34,500/- (Rupees thirty four thousand and five hundred only) as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
