Learned Advocate for the Complainant is present. Learned Advocate for the Complainant submits that the O.P. No.2 M/S. Sunil Banik has already paid Rs.21,500/- to the Complainant.  The Complainant has no further claim against the O.Ps. and as such the Complainant is not willing to proceed further with the case.   We have heard Learned Advocate for the Complainant.  In view of the submissions made by the Learned Advocate, we have dropped the instant complaint.  Hence, the case is disposed of.
