Today Sh. Daljit Singh, Deputy Manager of OP No.1 has appeared and made a statement which has been recorded separately that OP No.1 Company is ready to replace the Refrigerator of the complainant with new one of the same make and model after receiving the old Refrigerator from him. In view of statement made by him, the complaint is accepted and the opposite party No.1 is directed to replace the refrigerator of the complainant with new one of the same make and model within three weeks from today. However the complainant shall return the old refrigerator to the opposite party No.1. The OP No.1 is further directed to pay Rs.2000/- as litigation expenses to the complainant. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
