ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that complainant did not appear before this Commission on any of the hearing. Today also he has not turned up despite intimation having been sent to him telephonically. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
