                    Sh. Khem Singh Walia, Proprietor Shree Shyam Kiryana Store has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP and thus, the complainant does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by Sh. Khem Singh Walia, Prop. Shree Shyam Kiryana Store, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been compromised in between both the parties.
