CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 311  OF  2015

ORDER

1.        File taken up today on the miscellaneous application No.39 of 2016 filed on behalf of complainants seeking withdrawal of the complaint. The said application was separately registered.

2.        Today Sh.Ravinder Pal Singh, Counsel for Complainants, has also made the following statement, recorded separately:-

     “Statement of Sh.Ravinder Pal Singh, Counsel for     Complainants.

     I do not press this complaint at this stage and wish      to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal      Commission for refund of the deposited amount   alongwith interest and compensation.” 

3.        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for complainants and facts mentioned in the application, the application seeking withdrawal of the complaint is allowed. Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as per law. The miscellaneous application No.39 of 2016 also stands disposed off accordingly.

4.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
