2.         Guru Kirpa Air-Conditioner  through its Partner/proprietor  83/3, New Defence  Colony, Behind Lucky Dhaba, Zirakpur-140603.

3.         Bhuvan Retail through its Proprietor SCO, 245, Sector 20, Panchkula.

                      None for ops no. 2 and 3.

                       

                        Today the execution application was fixed for remaining compliance. Authorized representative for op no.1 has made a separate statement in which he states that he has tendered a cheque of Rs. 10,000/- vide bearing no. 432842 dt. 2.11.2015 drawn on City Bank in compliance of order under execution application and also states that order under execution application has been fully complied with.

                   Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs. 10,000/- vide bearing no. 432842 dt. 2.11.2015 drawn on City Bank in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remain towards the ops . So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                Heard. In view of the statements , It is made clear that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Hence the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
