Present:       Sh.Bakhtaur Singh applicant/decree holder in person.

                     Applicant/decree holder has moved an application u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 with a request for punishing the opposite party for willfully disobeying the orders dated 28.07.2015 passed by this Forum in case titled as Bakhtaur Singh Vs Godawari Motor Pvt. Ltd. As a matter of fact this application u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is not maintainable, because respondent/JD has complied with the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by this Forum on 08.02.2016. JD has deposited a sum of Rs.7210/- by means of cheque bearing no.028349 dated 19.01.2016 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of this Forum, which included the awarded amount as well as up-to-date interest accrued thereon uptil the date of deposit of the amount. Besides that certificate of registration of the vehicle in dispute has also been placed on record in favour of the applicant/decree holder. Since the order under execution has been complied with in full, therefore, the present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as fully satisfied. The application u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 also fails and the same is ordered to be dismissed accordingly. Applicant/decree holder may collect the amount and certificate of registration from this Forum against proper receipt and identification. If the amount is not claimed within a period of 15 days, the deposited amount be kept in the shape of FDR in the name of the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Moga for a period of one year in some nationalized bank. File be consigned to record room.
