This case coming on 26.08.2014 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri Ch. Chandra Sekhara Rao & Sri P. Appala Naidu, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri Koduri Sreenivasa Rao & Sri Siva Kumari.J, Advocates for the Opposite Party and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          The 2^nd Complainant filed a not press memo stating that the Opposite Party has registered the plot in favour of herself.   Hence, CC is dismissed in view of not press memo.
