                           Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submitted that the learned District Commission has passed the  impugned order directing present petitioner not to repossess the vehicle subject  to deposit 20 %  of arrear amount  by the complainant before the OP.  He  submits that this order has been passed to continue  till disposal of the case. He further submits that the EMI if not paid, there is every possibility   of breach of the agreement  not repossessed the vehicle till the end of case. However, he submits to set-aside the impugned order.

2.             Considered the submission, perused  the impugned order. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but  we direct the learned District Commission  to hear the matter in accordance with law and dispose of same within 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty   to raise all the points as raised here  before the learned District Commission    for  final disposal of this matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner  is directed to receive the copy of the order and produce same before the learned District Commission  on 28.11.2022 to take further instruction.

                          The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
