The Opposite Parties jointly and severally are hereby directed to refund a sum of Rs. 7,608/- (Rupees seven thousand six hundred eight only) paid by the Complainant to the Opposite Party No.2 for purchase of the said mattress. The Opposite Parties are also directed to pay the cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Complainant within 30 days from the receipt of this order, failing which the said amount shall carry interest of 9% per annum from filing of the complaint till its realization.  The Complainant shall handover the defective mattress to the Opposite Parties upon receipt of full and final payment of amount hereby given.
